Landmark Nações Unidas is a commercial edifice opened in 2009 on Marginal Pinheiros highway. With approximately 56,000 m2 of built area, each floor consisting of 18 clusters ranging between 77 and 132 m2 each, the project is marked by its glazed surface and the horizontality of the cluster, enhanced by its large balconies and the elliptical plan, similar to other emblematic buildings of the city, like Italy Edifice(1953).
