Duo Alto de Pinheiros, located in the homonymous neighborhood, is a residential complex with units up to 325 m2. Its towers are clad with ceramic and have details of concrete. Because they are in a lot with more than 7,000 m2, adjacent to a neighborhood composed of single-story houses, the twin blocks acquire a sense of monumentality. The relationship between them in the implementation created an entry plaza with gardens that integrate visually the living room areas of each unit. They count on double height in the living room, thanks to the alternating distribution of the units throughout the building.
