Located on D. Maria Paula Street, Planalto Edifice was concluded in 1956 by Monções Construction and Real Estate Company owned by Artacho Jurado. With seventy apartments of various sizes and flexible floor plan distributed on its 25 floors, the building followed the characteristics of Viadutos Edifice, with the use of colored glass tiles, ceramic decorative hollow bricks, ornamented balconies and usable top floor available to residents. In 2002, the building became part of the Historical and Cultural Heritage of the city, and in 2010 the condo was able to count on Up Art Cultural Space.
