In contrast with its monumental façade and its brise-soleil, the building main body was empty, but with intense commercial activities in the ground floor.
The design tackles these two demands: to create an entrance for the office tower that is visible and comfortable, whilst maintaining the strong connection between the street and the commercial area on the ground floor. Simple materials were used in the construction such as wood and polycarbonate. All the office floors were renovated, with new infrastructure in order to accommodate its future users with maximum flexibility. This project was made by the young architectural office GOAA.
