The mixed-use building has 21 floors of offices, one rooftop-garden for leisure and at the street level it can be found stores, a food court at open air and a parking lot.
The building is large and high with its façade lightly arched and that the reflexive glasses are the protagonists contrasting with the granite. The lobby and atrium are covered in bright red marble. Glasses that go from the floor up to the celling characterize the great spaces of the offices.
