Initially the Agência Rock occupied a residential property divided in several environments. The teams used to be spread in different rooms, which impacted on the business’ productivity. Deciding to move to the new head office, a house with 750m2 of built area in the Alto de Pinheiros neighborhood, the owners invited the MM18 Architecture as a challenge to develop the project of the new office’s enlargement to the double of the area (1500m2)    

The main goal was to create environments that would accommodate the areas of attendance and creation of the agency in two spaces completely opened, making the internal flow of information and people better.

Observing a shorter deadline of work and consequently more competitive costs, the project of MM18 Architecture preserved the existent structure and used metal in the enlargement of the property, creating a modern and industrial project with big opened gaps.
