The complex is opened to the city with semi public spaces, made with two corporate buildings connected by an elevated square that gets together a food court with a cohabitation area that can be accessed by an escalator in the ground hall.
The square has a retractile celling that is kept opened during the night for the plants to receive natural air, beyond that there is an irrigation system programed along the day.
The facades combine different types of transparent glasses that determine the building’s textures and also let the illumination get in without interfering with the environment’s temperature.
The Morumbi Corporate obtained the LEED Gold certification, attending the sustainable construction requirements.
